Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 broke GP shot at police over illegal transport. There was no raids or anything that PD responded to or was aware about so I’m not sure why he did this. He didn’t have a warrant either and no DNA on his profile.

As a note his happened Friday morning but I got the evidence a few hours ago from my friend when I wasn’t home hence which is why this is filed 2 days after the incident

There was no shootings that anyone responded to for quite some time. Neither you or headline had any warrants or DNA I checked. If that was the case you guys should’ve been hiding not driving around breaking traffic laws causing unneeded attention to yourselves on top of having guns on your back. That’s asking to be stopped by police

@Caveric Jonson raises a good point in that if you did have suspicions you were warranted then it makes sense to avoid doing anything that would draw more attention to you, such as illegally transporting firearms as seen in the evidence submitted. Furthermore in the clip it can be seen that Headline complies willingly with orders from the officer which should have been an indication that either he was not warranted or that you should have followed suite unless you knew with absolute certainty that you had KOS on cops due to a warrant relating to a 7 year+ sentence which doesn't seem to be the case here.

@Jay whilst your recent record is mostly clear, you are an experienced player and do have an extensive record of prior warnings/bans for breaks of rule 3.4 and should be more familiar with the rule to avoid situations such as this. Given this, the evidence submitted and your response, I will be issuing a 5 day ban.
