Why should this player be punished?: Quite blatantly broke 3.4. So we got a text that our base was being raided and we drove over there real quick and I get out of my car and tell them to get out with a pistol in my hand. Then they drive away and crash and I tell them again, then he decides to pull out his gun, so I had to kill him. I wasn't going to shoot until he pulled his gun out. He regardless of where he was looking, would've known he had a gun on him as I was literally running next to their car from when I started to GP and they only drove a few meters before they crashed.

It was not resolved as my friend who made the report said the staff member left with it open. And it was in the middle of the night and he waited several hours so he had to go sleep.

My friend pulled off in the tesla to get away so we can have a better chance to hop out, also we had @ICEKILLER_99 hiding behind you guys ready to shoot. You were also at an awkward distance so i don't know how you were gun pointing me while u were running up to us.

It's your responsibility to be aware if someone is GP'ing you. I literally ran for less than a second from when I was on the side of your car to when I stopped. I gave you commands as you were in the car, you drove away then crashed. I try to give you commands again and you pull out a gun whilst I'm like 2-3 meters away from you. Like I agree that your mate were able to drive away in the first place as my gun wasn't fully out yet. But when you crashed you should've known how easily you could be GP'd as you only drove from one side of parker to the other.
