Your Steam/In-game Name: Sgt.James / James Jefferson
His/Her Steam/In-game Name: Jeffer Cake / Jeffrey Geeza
His/Her SteamID: STEAM_0:1:41796970
Why Should This Player Be Punished:
1.4 Causing Problems
Punched an Law Enforcement Officer in front of the PD "without" a reason. An unrealistic action, most likely to cause problems (trolling).
2.1 Play Realistically
Actions performed by him were highly unrealistic and unreasonable.
2.5 Excessive Negativity
His actions led to the officers on having a bad role-playing experience.
3.3 Realistic Actions
As stated in 1.4: punched a law enforcement officer in front of the Police Department "without" a reason. Did not react being hit by 3-4 nightsticks. Unrealistic attempt to escape.
3.4 Putting your Life at Risk
He nearly was nearly killed by not stopping whilst being under gunpoint. His actions led to him being sent to prison.
Evidence (Demo Required):
Video Evidence #1 (Main Evidence)
http://plays.tv/video/571b9a9530b5c1ab13/ar-jeffrey-geeza-1
Here you can see him walking up on the police officer and punching him in the face, shortly after the officer started the pursuit. You can also see him not reacting to being hit by nightsticks and at the end you can see him not reacting to being gunpoint which nearly cause him his life.
Keep in mind that all available tools and resources to apprehend him have been used before resorting to lethal force. (Shouldn't of had to come to that anyways to begin with)
Video Evidence #2 (Another situation where he breaks 3.4)
http://plays.tv/video/571b9c016ae200c1cf/ar-jeffrey-geeza-2
In this video you can see him standing 10-20 meters from a shootout not worrying about his character getting hit by stray bullets. My main point is that he shouldn't be standing there when there was a shootout ongoing.
Video Evidence #3 (Same shootout but shortly after my death/nlr)
http://plays.tv/video/571b9b59e23d3a6649/ar-jeffrey-geeza-3
Here you see him sitting in his apartment whilst one floor above a gun fight is ongoing. At the end you are able to hear him acting like a child instead of running for his life.
