Why should this player be punished?: There's 2 situations that I'd like to report Juzz for.
Firstly, he broke 3.4 at Regals after being told to open his door under gunpoint by shokron, to which he answered "you can't make me force it bro" (?). Now I do kill him quite quickly after he says this, but this is due to the fact that there was another person dressed in the same outfit as him that just ran down the fire escape and in order to not get caught off-guard I decided to quickly kill him, seeing as he wasn't making any efforts to comply under gunpoint. Now I have no doubt in my head that if I had let him live for longer, he would have definitely kept stalling and ignoring gunpoint, just because he thinks what we did wasn't allowed.
The second situation is pretty straight forward, Juzz told me to kill myself 3 times, which I don't believe to be said in-character as he seemed to be pretty angry that I punched and killed him. I don't believe "kill yourself" is an insult someone would realistically use IC.
