Why should this player be punished?: I just joined the city, messed around for 10 minutes and I walk towards main street from market street, when I notice the man I'm reporting punching people. Thinking it was random, I came to question why he was doing it. In return, I get punched for no reason which I believe is 2.5, however this is not why I'm making the report. Upon further investigation in the evidence, it is clear that the person I am reporting has been punching people to initiate self defence of the other party. When the other party defends themself, the person being reported then talks on his phone to someone on the roof of city garage, who is standing on top of a defence prop, put outside of an actual base. He is using this as sniping elevation. When asking the person being reported about this, he says "no i dont know what youre talking about", then says on the phone "duck he can see you" AT 2:20 in the evidence, making their actions obvious. He was also calling be a "bitch" baiting me to get killed from his existing rule break, in my opinion he is just trying to score easy combat XP for his org.
