Why should this player be punished?: During a shootout at Regals, he shot down 2 police officer which 1 of them died. We arrived less than 2 minutes later and decided to breach his property, which he had already stored the firearm. He claimed he never stored it, however it wasn't dumped anywhere and he couldn't have, and he never denied in LOOC/OOC that it was stored and ignored /me's and looc messages.

He then proceeded to stall and kept asking "Well did the cop die?" even though we already informed him of it and just kept stalling and stalling never took out the weapon.

This was like 2 days ago, but I never got to report it cause I forgot but went through my footages and remembered that I meant to. The video is pretty long cause that's literally because he just wanted to stall for like 5 minutes.

You cant give us a different gun, even if they aint dead. We can see what gun shot the cop unconscious too. You also can not store a gun during a active situation. If its true you couldnt open, I wish you wouldve told us in LOOC instead, wouldve made everything so much easier for all of us.

The moment I handcuffed you, you kept trying to get confirmation and never really looked at the chest even in your own POV. The only moment you looked at the chest is when you looked down to indicate you were still in cuffs(Which ofc you werent) and calling the cop a retard.

Theres both sound, notification and the "You are handcuffed" message is gone when you get uncuffed so not sure how you still thought you were cuffed but I will let the staff decide this by now.

I am not involved, I would just like to say I experienced the same bug yesterday after I hopped off duty, I was uncuffed but it was still as if I was cuffed, I couldn't pick up my weapon or jump etc, had to be cuffed and released again for me to do so

Regardless of if the storage was bugged or not, @coochieslayer69 you failed to comply under gunpoint as you initially did not even attempt to open your storage. You also failed to respond to a /me and instead chose to ignore it. Furthermore, you stored your weapon not even a full minute after shooting cops.

Due to your lengthy record, a ban of two weeks will be issued for 3.4, 3.18 & 3.19.
