Why should this player be punished?: Players raided us from projex 4 (we are in 3), killed one of them and the rest decided to pick his weapon mid raid while cops arrive to the scene, and lock themselves inside their apartment. You can see in the footage I will include that after walking by the raider's body theres nothing. (Recorded demo following tiny's guide to esp)
