Why should this player be punished?: Player A: Brandon Casavant Player B:Inao ball Player C: road crew Lue Spiegel

I just got done selling drugs to the Drug dealer with Trisha gin and 2 new players. When i seen these 2 cars these to players A & B one them hit or car cause us get stuck. than one of the new players call roadcrew as A & B drove off they came back than hit me when i had my gun out in passive told everyone put there hands up than as ill see in clip 2 new players pull there guns and they got killed Trisha stuck in the car than C come gets the cars unstuck as it's Unrealistic for roadcrew to come and get us because how would Trisha be able to get out of the car even if roadcrew pulled the car out. when she was stuck via door they mug me and her after road crew was just leaving.

I believe A & B broke 5.1 As you must not mug someone in public places or view or force them out of them. Than i believe C broke 4.1 4.3 as he could have drove off than called the cops than pulling the car out as he should have not been on the crime scene....

@Legion @Jay is there a reason why as to why you didn't take any precautions and move the people you were mugging into a more secluded and hidden area?

The roadcrew worker has no forum account so I will attempt to reach out via Steam for an answer.

48 hours will be given for a response.

babyshay got stuck in the creek and it was stalling the RP situation while we were already in a rush so we finished the situation as fast as possible.

Our plan was to quickly take control of the situation and move the players behind the motel to finish the mugging and leave. Unfortunately, due to a number of reasons, we weren’t able to execute that plan.

Upon initiating the RP situation, two of the players broke gunpoint, causing a shootout, resulting in chaos. On top of this, one of the players had gotten stuck in their vehicle. We made the choice to quickly sort the loot and leave, but a road crew worker arrived and we changed our mind to not only wait for him to get one of our getaway vehicles unstuck, but also fetch the stuck player out of the creek to mug as well.

Had the player been able to exit their vehicle properly, and had no one broken gunpoint, I believe this situation would’ve looked entirely different.

i know the 2 new players broke gun point they should have not done that as it would have made the situation much more different than them turning it out in shoot out its the fact you started mugging us Infront a roadcrew as he pulling off and still in the area and as that road crew should have not been around the crime. As You must not mug someone in public places or view you didn't move us as In yellow areas you should take extra care to make sure you are out of view of the public. This may mean forcing the player you are attempting to mug into a more hidden part of the area.

As far as the 'yellow zone' goes, it states "In yellow areas you should take extra care to make sure you are out of view of the public". A review of the demo would clearly show that before committing to the mugging, both Brandon and myself drove around to ensure the location was secure (not to mention this location should probably just be 'green'). Once secured, we initiated the mugging.Additionally, it states that "This MAY mean forcing the player(s) you are attempting to mug into a more hidden part of the area." The keyword here is "may". In this case, it was not necessary to maneuver the players around according to some convoluted, arbitrary guideline. We had already ensured the area was secure, plus it's a corner of the map which is surrounded by forest. To even make the argument that we should have been 'more cautious' implies that mugging is just a feature of the game mode that is entirely unwanted (there are already plenty of mug-blocking mechanics in place). The players had plenty of time to get in their vehicle and leave, but somehow managed to drive themselves into a creek, creating the perfect scenario.

Even if the area was initially clear and secure, the issue is that the mugging continued after the roadcrew worker arrived on scene and remained there after both BabyShay and I were zip-tied. At that point there was a member of the public actively present at the scene. Rather than moving the mugging to a more secluded location or leaving, the mugging you continued while the roadcrew worker was still in the immediate area.

As shown in the video, from approximately 2:48 until the end of the clip, the roadcrew worker was still remained on scene standing there while the mugging was ongoing.

The Roadcrew worker has denied and blocked me from adding them on Steam so getting their input now will be difficult and I gave them a chance. I will now proceed with handling this as I have everything needed where necessary.

@Legion and @Jay will both receive a warning for 5.1 according to their record.

Please note that no two Yellow Areas are the same. This one in particular is right on the main path that leads from Church and is visible to every car and person that drives through towards the Bunker or for anyone coming from that direction. This is evident by the Red Ferrari passing by.

The interactive map describes Yellow zones as follows:

Yellow Areas

In yellow areas you should take extra care to make sure you are out of view of the public. This may mean forcing the player you are attempting to mug into a more hidden part of the area.
In the entire clip I don't see both of you take any extra care or give them commands to move to a more appropriate and hidden area. The next suitable location here would be behind the Travellers Motel. I understand the predicament that Trisha has gotten herself in but this is also due to your own actions of getting the car stuck and slightly nudged while in motion in order for them to come to a halt. You were about two people left after the shootout so one could've taken care of Trisha and watch over them as they were stuck and the other can take the other zip tied individual to a more hidden location. There is not much else you can do if a person is genuinely stuck in a car, make a priority report and hope that staff can assist you in this matter quickly. If nothing happens, ignore and move on instead of hovering above potential loot.
If we wanted this area of the map to be Green it would've been done so in the first place.
Thankfully everything went smoothly even after a shootout had just taken place so no items will be refunded as the mugging is still valid, it is up to you to get your items back IC as no Police arrived to take care of them.
This entire situation could've been problematic since the Roadcrew worker could very easily snitch and their word can be taken as evidence but you were also lucky to have someone willing to overlook crime as a government employee.

@Lukesky will receive a two day ban according to their record for breaking 4.1 (Law 6.3, 10.2) and Rule 4.3 for not reporting said crimes to the Police and assisting criminals in a unsafe area/crime scene. No blacklist will be given.
