Why should this player be punished?: i dont think he should be punished since it looks accidental but putting metal fence that close to the door makes it stuck and block the whole door and can be used maliciously so the reason im making this AR is because if its not allowed to put the fence so close that it connects with the door i could make RR and if it is allowed i could make a suggestion on banning that or some kinds of that fence placement.
Note: idk if fence was fixed between barricades and door maybe that caused that straight falling i cant see the barricades in my demo. so i dont know how the base looked before the bomb.

The fence was blocked by a prop (light being glitched into the wall) otherwise it would have moved out of the way and not blocked the door. None of us was aware that this light was glitched into the wall. This is not us abusing the said glitched light which dosent move as the user bombs as that would be 2.3.

the fence is not blocking the entrance to the property untill it was bombed and hit the glitched light causing an obstructed path as the player had to either jump/crouch. As you can see the fence is barely hanging on to the ledge by a very small amount, if the light was not glitched this would not have happened.

I beleive the fence would not of ended up like this if the glitch light was noticed and removed/reported as before the bomb none of the entrance was obstructed or directing players movement.

the fence was placed in a realistic position and could remain there without being frozen and it also served as another rp for us to store bullet casings within the tubes and other various items (cloths with gunpowder residue) we could stash inside another purpose being that when something is thrown and hits the wall that the fence is placed on it makes a louder noise indicating something has been thrown inside making it easier to react (nades, flashes).

ive been told by leo that purpose of that fence is when a bomb goes off normally the fence falls and makes it hard for people to shoot while standing on it. i would like to add this purpose also since you didn't mention it. (again not wishing anyone to get punished)

No action will be taken against said users however in future this style of defence (being the fence in the wall by the door) will be looked into. Normally the purpose of these fences is to allow better visibility to anyone who pushes in, however in this instance it quite clearly acted as a barrier preventing entry.
