Why should this player be punished?: The player in question got told too leave slums as I was raiding (for what feels like the first time in forever) then processes too open the doors and put his life at risk while I'm attempting too carry drugs too another property he came upstairs I asked him too leave, I then heard him outside saying something regarding shooting or something along them lines, Which is where this interaction took place.
The player in question I believe broke 3.4 as he put his life at risk for no reason only too troll when he knew I was raiding
