Why should this player be punished?: I suspect that this person broke GP rules and put their life at risk when the failed to comply with the first GP and were ordered to put their hands up in which they screamed for supervisor instead and took off running when attempting to cuff them. Furthermore risking their life for a 4 year sentence of reckless driving.

Hello,
So I did not put my hands up when you first gunpointed me due to you pulling the cuffs out.

Second gun point, I did not hear you at the very start. I heard you say "hands up" right before you were ran over.

Other than that I don't think I have more to add to this.

Sadly, I forgot to clip it before I went to play another game.

After you exited your vehicle, why did you fail to place your hand up? Instead requesting to speak to a supervisor, after clear verbal instructions were given to you to get out of the vehicle and surrender.

As the officer made you aware that you were being arrested for reckless driving, what was the reasoning for running away?

I have spoken to @maeen in-game and asked the necessary questions to conclude this.

@maeen has broken 3.4 in this scenario because they have fled over a minor crime, admitting this themselves that they didn't realise the crime makes them only liable to 4 years imprisonment. This didn't benefit @maeen in any shape or form, rather a disbenefit to their situation as it only made them liable to a crime that had harsher imprisonment and harsher fine.

The other user in question, who was driving the Tesla and ran over @SunnyR will also be spoken to regarding this situation, as running an officer over for this, had no benefit to them also.

@maeen has been issued a 1 week ban for violating 3.4.

3.4 - User fled, getting into their friends vehicle to escape and prevent themselves from being arrested for recklessly driving, which is a minor crime.
