Why should this player be punished?: I arrived at Bazaar to look for a old Life Alert, I could not find the body the first time I was there so I after some time I decided to return to quickly look one last time before closing the Incident.

On returning to my vehicle I was met by Deshawn Schwartz and another player. I was greeted with ''Why you snitching?'' which I believe is a reference to a incident prior where I reported on the radio about a vehicle breaking a traffic law, a very minor charge, although before I could figure out what he meant he drew a pistol and shot me as shown in the video.

I believe the player ''Malik'' should be punished because he had no reason to kill me and that doing so would be a major over reaction to something as minor as a traffic offense (I am not even sure Officers reacted to my request).

hello deshawn schwartz here, im already banned for a little accident that happend the other day and yes i did shoot and kill the man at bazaar because he didnt only snitch about a traffic offense but also about something about we chased the mayor and tried to kill him prior thats why i followed him and shot him.

yes i did chase the mayor and tried to kill him but i heard every word joe said because he was right behind me in his ems prius

i believe thats a valid reason to kill him because its not a minor offense to try and kill the mayor and he could have just kept the info to himself or waited to i couldnt hear what he said atleast.

Funny, because this is the video of the incident and it clearly shows that you were behind me, not the other way around. Why would you lie about that?

At 00:19 you can clearly see the vehicle in the parking lot, totally unrelated to the vehicle I reported driving recklessly ''chasing'' the mayor. Also, for the sake of argument: if you was 100% sure that police was after you for trying kill the mayor why would you break 3.4 by going to a very public place (Bazaar) and kill me in said public place since one of the clear examples in 3.4 is:

• After committing a crime, relevant precautions should be taken to avoid arrest or police attention, such as avoiding public places.

I fired shots at mayor while he was in his car but unfortunately he got away like 15-10 min prior my situation with the Ems guy

As this man was a gov employee he was simply following the law, not reporting your actions would have been a violation of 4.1 on his part. This is akin to shooting a cop in revenge because they saw you rob a store and called it out over the radio, (interestingly robbing a shop with a gun is worse then 9.2 as its 11.11). Due to already being banned your current ban will be extended due to 2.5.
