Why should this player be punished?: As a medic, user abused emergency lights on vehicle to break traffic laws, and purposefully drove into the wrong side of the road, causing a head-on collision (3.15) - tiering my vehicle. Immediately after, user fled the scene without providing any aid or notice to other government officials (4.1/4.2).

If the user does respond to you or me, and seems apologetic for their actions, I'd be of course willing to accept that crashing into me was an accident - plain as day, it happens.

At most, honestly, I'd just like the user to be given a firm (verbal) warning that as a govt worker, he should be more accountable, follow the law, and (as Medic) place safety of others above himself (while still minding 3.4)
