Why should this player be punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - User drove into an active shootout, slowed down, then sped up in order to incapacitate an active shooter. Then they promptly damaged their vehicle and failed to comply under gunpoint, stalling until I was sniped by a TFO.

@likoato1 Please explain why you rammed directly into an active shooter on the bridge. As well as this, @likoato1 and @jigaboojones_ please explain why you both failed to exit the vehicle immediately.

It took so long to get out of the car because I was in panic. After this incident I went to the police and told them what happend. I crashed into his car because the mclaren f1 is extremely fast and hard to control Im sorry for what happend.

I do not believe that you lost control of the vehicle given that your vehicle was at a low speed before you rammed into them. Furthermore, neither you nor @jigaboojones_ should've stalled exiting the vehicle.
