Why should this player be punished?: Not sure who this actually is but he just randomly started shooting around the place then at my car and attempted to run away. I hadn't done anything prior to this or even spoken to him at all.
3.4, 2.5 - User decided to shoot his weapon randomly at someones vehicle which led to his death.

I had reported this but he had left the server straight afterwards.

The user doesn't seem to have a forums account, I'll try to add them on steam

Spoken to the user on steam, it seems like they had no reason to actually shoot the vehicle, seems like they thought their small revolver wouldn't actually do anything and didn't realise anyone was in the vehicle, but regardless the user will receive a warning for 2.5, 3.4.
