No contact could be made with the user in-question. The user paid no attention to the Suburbs Storage NPC and cited remembering a mugging a 'few days ago'. This was 10 days prior and the user died as a result, and thus this constitutes not only breaking NLR but also excessive negativity as it happened so long ago.
