Why should this player be punished?: First Issue/ While we were in the area, we encountered members of GS9 and engaged in a fight with them. We were not conducting a raid and had no intention of raiding anyone’s property.

During the fight, I eliminated all of the GS9 members who were involved. Shortly afterward, MJ arrived at the scene and appeared to believe that we were raiding. He repeatedly asked an AFK player whether we were raiding, asking variations of “Are they raiding?” despite the fact that we were only fighting GS9 and were not raiding any property. he then responds to "himself" "yes yes" no one else said a word lol

MJ then approached me and forced me to put my hands up. While I was complying with his demand, he ran me over with a vehicle and killed me. After killing me, he proceeded to take approximately five or six chops from me.

The situation was not a raid, and there was no valid reason for the interaction to escalate in the way that it did. MJ appears to have acted based on the assumption that we were raiding, despite there being no raid taking place. He forced me to surrender, ran me over while I was complying, killed me, and then took my belongings.

I am submitting this report so the situation can be reviewed, including the circumstances surrounding the kill, the forced hands-up, the vehicle kill, and the removal of approximately five to six chops from my body. This also resulted in a violation of Rule 3.4, along with the other applicable rules surrounding the incident.

Second Issue/ Following the initial incident, MJ attempted to steal the vehicle while I was still inside of it. During this interaction, his friend was positioned behind another vehicle nearby and appeared to be waiting for an opportunity to attack me.

After I killed MJ, his friend was still positioned nearby and attempted to engage me. The positioning of his friend, combined with MJ attempting to take the vehicle while I was inside, appeared to be a coordinated attempt to catch me off guard and kill me.

This interaction was not related to a raid, and there was no legitimate reason for them to treat the situation as one. I believe this falls under Rule 3.4 because of the coordinated behavior and the attempt to set up an additional kill after the initial encounter.Additionally, after MJ saw that my friend and I had respawned, he typed “good stuff” in OOC. This happened after the previous interaction and further shows that he was aware of the situation and the players involved.

I believe this is relevant to the report because it occurred immediately after he saw us respawn and should be included when reviewing the full context of the incident, along with the vehicle theft attempt, his friend waiting nearby, and the Rule 3.4 violation.

Third Issue/In the third incident, MJ shot at our vehicle while we were stopped and refueling at a gas station. There was no raid taking place, and MJ was not in any TeamSpeak or otherwise involved with any group. in the area

I briefly exited the vehicle to put my weapon away in the trunk. Before I had a reasonable opportunity to get back into the vehicle, MJ immediately shot and killed me.

There was no prior interaction or apparent reason for him to open fire on our vehicle while we were simply refueling. Given the previous incidents involving MJ, I believe this was targeted behavior toward me rather than a legitimate attempt to defend against or respond to a raid. I am asking staff to really look into these sits and give him a punishment rather than a warning. and i need all my guns back from every situation.

Would you also want to show the ludicrous amounts of whinging you did in OOC after each interaction as you proceeded to whine and throw tantrums each situation also I followed 3.20 extremely consistently here as no reports were open and I did infact go to bed/log after most of these situations if not all.... also regarding me killing you at tidals I already sent my statement to @tillin secondly at bazzar we were stealing cars and I hadn't noticed you in the car at all and it was completely accidental also the 3rd clip is literally you self reporting breaking 3.4 and 3.18 as mid raid when I give you warning shots you should go not store weapons? Also once again you proceeded to throw extremely immature tantrums not suited for your age in ooc each time breaking 1.1 and 1.4 in which you have an extended record for and thats why your own friend has to post this because hes forums banned.

This is extremely relevant as you did proceed to whinge and complain like a child consistently after each of the documented interactions. Therefore you broke 1.1 and 1.4 by doing so.... i feel to not document what you was saying after this despite them being extremely relevant to these situations between me and you is extremely misleading towards the staff member handling it and swayed in a way to remove 0% responsibility. Also why did your friend jump out the car when im giving warning shots and attempting to store his gun?

That is allowed as the situation was 10 minutes ago, no f6s were made and I did indeed do other things and logged back on within reasonable times. Would you be able to assure me which rules I broke by doing so without be an extremely entitled and toxic person?

@jbooling will receive a ban extension on their current ban to 2 weeks for the following reasons:
In situation one, you are seen to flee gun-point, with no realistic means of escape, resulting in your death. This violated 3.4.
In situation three, you get out your car and attempt to store a weapon while your life was in danger, due to warning shots being fired at your vehicle, and orders to leave. This would've violated rule 3.18, however you didn't get to store anything so I will leave it off, other than that it violated rule 3.4 as you put your life in needless danger by exiting the vehicle.
In addition, I feel that @jbooling's conduct in OOC after one of the incidents constitutes disrespectful behaviour, so that will be added onto the reasoning of their ban extension.

@MJ. will receive a warning for violating rules 2.5 and 3.4.
They didn't properly validate that the car was empty before attempting to steal it. This resulted in their death, and the death of their killer needlessly.

In regards to the shootout, one would assume that a shootout at a apartment complex would be a raid, as why else would you be risking your life? So they had grounds to counter it.

In regards to rule 3.20 - I have investigated @MJ.'s logs and have not found any evidence that they broke this rule, and would've received punishment if they had left with an open report.

@Krownz - Your forum account is yours, not something you can give someone else access to.
Especially when it circumvents the other user's forum ban. As such, I will be issuing your forum account with a ban that will last as long as @jbooling's ban to prevent further circumvention.

You can create ARs for other people, but you cannot let them create them on their account.
