Why should this player be punished?: Individual had failed to comply with my orders under gunpoint, instead of getting out of his vehicle, repeatedly stated that he couldn't when he had enough room to do so, then attempted to take off, I then shot out his tyres and battering rammed him out of the vehicle, after doing that, the player continued to flee on foot, as such they were shot by myself.
