Why should this player be punished?: Individual had failed to comply under gunpoint whilst being completely stationary whilst in a vehicle, then after his vehicle was shot out as a result of this, this user had fled on foot, after he was placed in detainment by officers, individual started throwing out homophobic slurs.

Was told to make this AR by @DemonZ as he had to leave urgently due to IRL circumstances
