Why should this player be punished?: he shot me for no apperent reason i was just standing outside my house and i got shot my org members also heard it and i called it out. I had to bandage because he made me bleed

You may have just been standing outside of your house at that time but for the earlier 30 minutes you terrorized us.. The bullet was aimed for the window it wasn't aimed at a person so I apologize for that. You or your "org" picklocked our house, nearly ran us over several times and shot at our house. We were going to try and attempt to raid you but the police showed up. Stop behaving how you want and then making AR's when you get the same behavior back.
