On the 3.18 allegation, I have found that the user withdrew and stored the weapon in the span of about 5 seconds. Whilst he did withdraw it, he did not use it for any meaningful period of time for either defence or security before storing it again. However, given that 3 seconds before he stored it, you had shot his friend, I believe this gun was stored in reaction to danger, regardless of it's use.

On the 3.2 allegation, I do not believe the communications were used in any meaningful way by him, and the user in the room with him is currently serving a one month ban, which I would have to extend to 2 months if I was to issue a ban for this. Given this, I will be issuing a warning to @okbrettster, appended with a note stating that should this behaviour be observed again a lengthy ban should be issued. I am fine with you watching each other when you are removed from a roleplay situation, provided no information is shared and it does not interfere with any events in-game, as it did here (basically, you can watch, but you should not speak.)

On the 3.4 allegation, I find that the user did indeed yap under threat of death, providing no meaningful benefit to them.

Additionally, I find that the user infringed 3.21 by talking about NLR and the "note" on his profile during the active scene. For all of the above combined, as well as the justifications given here, I will be issuing a 5 day ban to this user.

On the 3.4 allegation, I find his attempt to escape to be unjustifiably unsubtle, given he was within eyeshot of you the entire time he slow walked out of the room.

I dismiss the 3.5 allegation as it is the wrong rule to attribute to this rulebreak, the rules for returning to a raid are outlined in 5.3, which the user did infringe.

For both of the above, I will be issuing a 2 day ban to the player.

The 3.4 is evident, you are not immune from gunpoint by sitting in a vehicle. Additionally, the area in which you were gunpointed is infact a muggable area, which is irrelevant as being gunpointed does not inherently imply a mugging is or will be taking place.

For this, the user's current ban will be extended to 2 days.
