Why should this player be punished?: So we saw that tesla going on red light and we start chasing it to do a traffic stop,and when it stopped he shot us when we complied with his orders and we werent visibly armed and i also put my hands up as well.

He shot me, my friend Ray Stavins and probably Remi Gus.

Hi Grophyanskiy, I already explained my reasoning for the shooting to you in OOC but I'll reiterate.

I had raided a property maybe 10-20 minutes before, so I was on high-alert for police. I must admit however, I might have been a little too eager on the trigger as I was outnumber 3 to 1 and could not guarantee that you would all follow gunpoint. In addition, from my perspective I could not see you had surrendered. Remi was left unharmed as he came out of the car announcing his surrender.

What caused me to confirm my suspicions that you had come to arrest me for the aggravated burglary was that I had seemingly been chased for no apparent reason, you claim that there was a traffic light infraction but as you can see from my POV, there was none.

That i didnt said i surrender doesnt matter,you should only kill if he has a weapon or threat to your life,+ you cannot only think that you are wanted you need to be wanted.

After a consultation from administrator @Super_ we have concluded to believe that @Jimmy Bovine's actions were justified in this case seeing they suspected they were being chased because of the raid as no traffic violations were committed judging from the video. They're not obliged to gunpoint officers and then run away in cases like this, however, they can choose to gunpoint LEOs out of the vehicle and execute them or choose to gunpoint them and leave. It's merely just a decision, stated this for future reference. Thank you for your time in creating this AR
