Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 this user kept lingering around a regals shootout that was ongoing for 5-12 minutes in which this user and others kept running around the raid causing a major disruption for me and my friend however this user specific despite me conssitenly hit and running officers and picking them off 1 by 1 allowing me to have high posibilities of winning the raid distracted me by entering the shootout and getting me 1 tapped because said user couldnt his use own cognitive and follow 3.4 drastically risking his life and ruining my experience because he had no survival sense he was also seen at 0:29 lingering too
