Why Should This Player Be Punished: Broke rule 5.1: We collided vehicles in the middle of the road at which I yelled at him and called him some naughty words. He got out, gun-pointed me, and mugged me for everything I had while standing in the middle of the road, while very close to private property, we were not on any. After this user's incident earlier in the day that @GraveDinosaur dealt with, I truly expected more.
