Why Should This Player Be Punished: Decided to raid my base which is fine and good, but unfortunately he killed me while I was afk, then proceeded to lie about it and contradict where my gun ware to justify him killing me for my gun while I was afk, once i established who shot me for my gun while i was tabbed out the guy justified his reasoning and then contradicted himself within ten seconds getting the rest of the server to pile on but that can be checked on for the logs the important bit ill just post down below.

Previously I thought it was against the rules however I've seen many AR's such as the following: https://perpheads.com/threads/ar-nade-freerafxl.26866/ this has led to me believe that this is not against the rules. You were visibly holding a weapon therefore a threat to my life, whether you were afk or not I believe no rules were broken.

Full disclosure this is the most recent on the list no clue if this is me getting killed while afk because gmod keeps crashing when i try to post demos

Saw that report, important quote of that "As such, before leaving insure that you are in a remote location that is less likely to cause you being involved in any type of RP situation. Or even better, disconnect until you come back." Now I tabbed back right as he shot me, no verbal command or anything had he tried to do any form of roleplay I would have surrendered and odds are he would have gotten some actual roleplay instead he opened the door saw me standing there afk with my gun and thought I want that.

As long as you are armed i can shoot you and i honestly thought it was in your hands in the moment anyway but regardless still visibly armed

Its just depressing someone who lied in global ooc try to justify his actions to avoid roleplay all together, this isnt about me losing items or guns honestly Im just disappointed he didnt even attempt to try to roleplay he just opened the door and started shooting.

I didn't lie? I honestly meant to say that i thought you had your gun in your hands like just in passive stance not in attack, but even if you weren't it still doesn't matter because your visibly armed.
