Hello,
Like i stated on the administrator situation, i had a realistic chance to disable you by ramming you against the barrier and i was doing 20MPH+ by the time you jumped from your vehicle. As you can see on the video that you provided, you did get almost instantly knocked down without you to ever even have a chance to fire a bullet.

The evidence provided did not show any kind or rule breaking. He had a very short amount of time to react - and also probably had better chance at survival by ramming you.
