What a fucking joke did you forget that you raided 4 business shops with bombs and assault rifles? Joe was the only raider to survive the raid and went to jail i presume. We were looking for him no less than 30mins maybe even longer. We found him a few times but couldnt get to kill him and the hit was ultimately done at PD. As seen in the video me and Lukas threw the grenades and immediately left the scene without problems. It was 2am on a school night so as you can imagine the server was pretty dead and i genuinely didn't think any DNA would be taken as most of the PD and medics were at subs dealing with a fire.

The reason he was killed there was because he knew we were after him after previously trying to bait him out his projex apartment and taking some shots at the windows. He thought he was safe sitting at PD and i thought it was just a matter of time before he joins the police force or goes offline like i was planning to do after i killed him. Grenades are a lot quicker than gun pointing him out the car just to shoot him for all we knew he was AFK.

In short:
Had motive.
Had a plan.
Thought he was planning on joining the police force at which point we couldnt kill him anymore.
Time was an issue didn't have long to wait for him to leave the PD.

Lukas Oliver is forum banned but he is basically saying the same as me.

I talked with the cops on duty after I came back and they confirmed that they were literally behind PD when it happened @Gimic and @doge

Time restrictions or the fact that somebody might 'go on duty' should not negate that 3.4 is a rule.
You may of had a reason to kill this person, but you did not have a reason to throw a frag grenade at him in front
of a Police Station. Realistically, you'd of been shot down on sight and receive life in prison.

The thought of your life should come into play prior to you planning to kill someone, how many people online does not matter when chosing to risk your life in this kind of way. In a roleplay sense, the city is always active, that's why 3.4 still matters when even just a few people are online.

@Chopper I advise you read over the rules, and you come to understand that throwing a grenade at someone outside a Police Department due to an earlier situation will not be tolerated. You should take greater care whilst planning to kil somebody.

User recieve a ban for 3.4.
