Why Should This Player Be Punished: I believe this user should be punished due to breaking multiple rules. The rules I believe were broken here were 3.4 and 3.22 as he he was only going to get a ticket for going through the first red light then he went through intersection red light. The chase would have resulted him being arrested so he shouldn't have fled of in the first place.

The evidence provided clearly shows Mike failing to stop for you and shows him clearly trying to evade the police pretty desperately for a ticket worthy offence.

As Mike is currently already banned his ban will be extended to a 2 week ban, due to the fact that he has received a warning and a ban in less than 24 hours.
