Why should this player be punished?: Clearly giving comms to a bank raid while not in it. Rule 5.5 states: "You must only assist in a bank robbery if you joined by texting the code to the NPC and are outside the vault door when the drill is placed. If you are removed from the bank robbery, you must no longer assist and run away immediately." and considering he is outside the bank raid radius, he either wasn't part or was certainly kicked. However, he still decided to give comms to his org blatantly breaking this rule.

Yeah already fixed it, I wasn't aware of there being two Southerlands as well as him having two forum accounts.

King von will notify them with whatever account they have now as well with my attempts.

Yeah that will be my fault for not reading the rule about bank raids. I thought I could give comms even if not involved in the shooting and drilling inside the bank. I’ll hold my hands up, I broke the rules here in this clip.

As for the people involved in the bank robbery not reporting the rule break, it would be silly to punish them as well as they're rather busy with the bank raid itself and more than likely not even focused on the random comms coming in. If we did this then we'd have to punish every single person who is unknowingly not reporting every single rule break. It's rather used a lot more in conjunction with meta gamers, cheaters and other more severe rule breaks or people who are knowingly not reporting rule breaks.
