Why should this player be punished?: This player stored two weapons and harvested two advanced planters/took pots without completely securing the property. After killing me there was a player in the left hand corner of the base (while entering from the front door) with a weapon pointed. Joshua Black was this player and is visible in the screenshot provided. He was never killed during this raid. Valentino Valcrest was also killed in this raid after storing weapons (killed while inside of the base). @Creepis

when i entered this property it was just you. your mate had to have left the server otherewise why would he let me walk past him steal the drugs and come back for your othere mate to kill me??? and surely if he was still there (the orange guy) he could have shot back or called cops?

anyway I killed you, took the drugs and safley put my guns away in my trunk to go and grab your one to which someone came back and killed me.

how is this a rule break just seems like a normal raid to me

making reports after loosing 1 grow is just so cringe

me being afk didnt affect the rp scenario at all, i was clear as day in the corner with a gun pointed. i actually survived the raid cos you didnt clear properly. i also didnt go afk whilst in an rp scenario, as we was just stood in the base chilling and not talking, so i went afk. i didnt break rp

But only partly. Please read further down below.

I found no wrong doing in @Struxty part. The raid went completely to his favour, while it's true that they did not completely clear the apartment it is because they most likely thought you were the sole occupant inside after killing you.
If they're AFK that's their problem and also is this no way going AFK on purpose during roleplay. We all have to go AFK at some point so please don't go throwing out accusations that don't make any sense and stay respectful within the AR.
Their life was never in danger from the person standing AFK in the corner or when they were transporting or harvesting the drugs. They died only a bit later when they went to retrieve your UMP-45 and met another occupant that returned to the property.

Still, I did find out that rules were broken which is that you disconnected shortly after dying on two separate instance today. A short 1 day ban will be given regarding this. Please make sure you read the relevant rule in it's entirety but here is the part that I am talking about:

3.20 - Disconnecting from the Server
[...]when disconnecting and must wait until 10 minutes have passed since committing crimes, unless the crime has been resolved (e.g, arrested or absolved).

You dying does not mean the crime has been resolved. If you disconnect then medics or sergeants cannot take any DNA evidence as the feature will break if you're not on the server anymore. So please wait, if you're unsure if you can disconnect you can always make a report and ask a staff member if it's fine to disconnect.
