Why should this player be punished?: Me and my org gun point him as we was all 10 toes from a pd raid mere minutes prior, and we just wanted to change the vehicle we was using and get out of there. The cop then pulls his own weapon and runs for cover (the cover was not close enough and i shot him a good few times). I chase him and finish the kill, which of course the entirety of the pd responds to causing an unnecessary shootout and we all lose our guns because of.
I spoke to the fella and he let me see his pov, which if its unedited doesn't help the situation as he lags during the initial gunpoint and to his credit does put his gun away. I'll let him post his own pov if he replies.

I was here for this and effected by the situation alongside another player called Sarah Mushroom and @Fish , frustrating situation. Would like to be updated as this goes on

It is quite clear the officer in this situation failed to comply under gunpoint, but I do have a couple of questions regarding this situation;

While knowing your group is warranted and after seeing the police car with a dead officer on the ground beside it, alongside with a Firefighter standing in front him; why would you still continue to drive into the City Garage instead of heading towards Car Dealer to lower the risks of being seen?

Under review with @Oddy @JuJu @Megasaw

Yh idk tbh, I was more focused on the bank raid we was planning and let Eddie sock make all the decisions when it came to driving

@Fish

Although you were not warranted at the time, why would you take individuals who are warranted into the city? Assuming you knew that they were warranted / 10 toes, why didn't you go to Car Dealership instead?

im pretty sure i was driving Someone said about getting a bigger or faster car i cant remember and we were right beside the car garage so just decided to go there

i think we already had the drill so it was just a last minute thing to get a different vehicle

Allow me if you will to set the scene. It was very late for us (Around 4am UK time) and after a night of crime and such we had all agreed after my pd raid, since it's probable they're looking for us anyway to try our hands on a bank raid. Now I'd like to note that during the prep of the bank raid, none of my associates knew what we was doing and I had to guide them as they're all fairly new to the more advanced life of crime. We got to the part where we needed to pick the drill up for the bank heist and I, being tired and wanting to speed things up, said "Go city garage I'll get a quick car" as the transit was making us stand out like a sore thumb and also painfully slow.
This brings me to my next point, we was driving in a lime green transit that goes about 40mph downhill, it's a gamble either way if we was to go to city garage or car dealer, city garage was a risk due to the presence of government employees, but I'd say that car dealer was riskier as we'd go past multiple places of interest where cops may be, whilst also being exposed to an ambush in one of the worst possible getaway cars.
tl;dr we was eepy and in a big van that basically told cops "WE ARE HERE"
