Called 10 toes over a 2 year charge, went on to threaten to get me banned out of character and call me a fat incel while doing so. This caused a massive PD raid over a 2 year charge, getting me killed in the process.

The user calling 10 toes actually resulted in a PD raid by 3 individuals, whom I had killed, if needed I can provide my demo.

I yelled 10 toes because of our early south gate raid, not only did I kill cops road crew drove to us and said something about cops trying to ignore the fact we were there, as a government employee I would think he would report it and they would get dna, I drove back around 5 minutes after and seen a high ranked Officer leaving from around that area in a rtu vehicle, I had taken it to believe he had gotten DNA, or had alerted someone to get DNA my ten toes call was because I was under the impression that he had gotten DNA.

I don't recall exactly what the roadcrew said but it was something like "do I just ignore the cops" or "I'm gonna ignore the dead cops you killed" so I as he was a government employee he must report the crime, leading me to believe he did

What about the 1.1 - Disrespectfull behavior and the 3.21 - Staying in Character?

3.21 staying in character I said out of anger, I wasn't trying to ruin his immersion but was just angry, I don't believe I said anything after the "your getting banned". 1.1 I was disrespectful I acknowledge what I did no excuse I was just pissed off and was rude that is my apologies, not much more I can say

The user has admitted to breaking character when saying they'll get you banned. Additionally any insults that are given to another player after breakign character will be treated as OOC insults, thus breaking 1.1.

The user has indeed killed officers at SG, so had every reason to believe they were being arrested for more than just possession of a firearm.
