Why Should This Player Be Punished:Hello dear PerpHeads forum / server team, I was online on Perp earlier, I briefly spawned my car at the car dealer and then went really bazaar because I briefly talked to my friend then we just wanted to go again then I saw the player stole my car and drove away with it and didn't get very far you can see that he makes a short accident while fleeing my car but seconds later my car Tier-1 Wrecked and the moderator @curak can confirm that but you can See it in the video!
