Why should this player be punished?:
David Fellows popped my tire for no reason, I spawned my G-Wagon today and realized it had a popped tire. My car was perfectly fine the day beforehand when I parked it at the bazaar before I logged off. So I made a F6 and the admin said it was David Fellows who popped my tire.

i think its because at that time it was a stolen car and then it ran over an officer so me and another officer started shooting the car you can check logs and the timing unless he is talking about a different car im not sure, if you need i can show medal clip of the demo

Logs indicate your vehicle was stolen by another player prior to the Police officers shooting it. @PoliceDλnnyG44 and @Jack P both fired upon it as Officers shortly after it had been stolen at another location. I cannot deduce that any rule violations had occurred as a result of this interaction on DannyG's part and should the car thief have broken any rules, it will be down to these two players or another witness to make their own reports about it on ManLrCiets. If either @Jack P or @PoliceDλnnyG44 could message me with any evidence they may have on the car thief should he have broken rules, I will deal with it. If your car is still missing a tire, please make an F6 in game for it to be fixed, linking this AR.
