Why should this player be punished?: After seeing "Vasilli Ivanov" run away from the drug dealer, I try to stop him under gunpoint to start RPing.

Instead he decides to ignore me multiple times telling him to stop, and sprints towards the ATM to store his money, failing RP under Gunpoint.

Sure, Basically I was going from Hickertown back to Suburbs through the forest and spotted the Drug Dealer, seconds after Vasilli Ivanov shows up and I try to talk to him under GP.
I sent the clip to an admin in discord but said it was better to post it here.

Since Visalli doesn't have a forum account and has not been on the server since the 6th of November, the user will receive a warning due to the solid evidence provided.
