Why should this player be punished?: kidnapped me infront of pd,some broke character by saying (you wanna get banned?) took extra items than the 140k i scammed from their friend in a no mugging area(red zone)

I don't know what the fuck happened to the audio I guess since I fast forwarded the demos it got all messed up and is not synced up and I can't be bothered to re-record two demos shits annoying, you get the premise its like 15 seconds delays on the video and synced at some points idk.

I admit to breaking 5.1 when I took the extra items from John, kept it in the video and all and I apologize for that John and to the staff, I was honestly just pissed off as I had some trust in John when I tried buying leaves from him as I have purchased things from him before and even have his number saved on my phone, and wasn't thinking clearly and was annoyed at the whole situation, with how he was stalling and didn't consent when we tried to ziptie him and I stupidly took what I could from his inventory to appease myself and that was wrong. I have no issue returning these items to you John.

I don't believe this situation was in breakage of 3.4 as I was trying to retrieve $140,000, which is worth way more then the AK I had, plus the jail sentence and ticket and this situation only got dragged to the front of PD because John was running on the side of slums/PD and my first instinct was that he was probably going to go on cop to hide and I didn't want to miss my opportunity so I tried to gunpoint him as fast as I could and I shot him on the side of PD when he fired at me.

The only reason any of us broke character is because you didn't seem to be listening to us at all ignoring gunpoint after cops left to respond to something in subs and from my understanding, when you scam you have to hide or you can be gunpointed and forced to give the money back. I described your outfit to my org, including your car and they found you. If I can't transport you when I find you I'm not sure how else I can get my money back.

as i said i was so confused at the time of how the cops just left me being gunpointed also it was actually smart since in real life you would try to do anything in order to survive the situation by waiting for a cop to pass by since they won't kill you till they get their stuff back

from my pov you broke 3.4 twice when we gunpointed you also you ran to pd while breaking 3.4 when we had you transported to an atm to get the money back we told you to not talk and you called for help from the police cruiser that passed us and you stalled at the atm for a good 5 mins under gunpoint because of this i had to keep reminding you that youre breaking the rules i personally dont have access to looc so i could only use my voice to tell you of the many rules youve broken

it was an allowed scam, i adverted that I'm selling 200 tea leaves each for 700 he called me and i told him where to go and then after he gave me the money i ran away with my escape van

Summary:
It is clear there are multiple rule violations in this action request and this could've been resolved in a far simpler way and this could've been done through--quite simply, patience. By deciding to take action outside of the police department was where the majority of this went wrong; you were all in direct peripheral view of the NPC at the Police Department parking lot and were in direct eyeshot of a paramedic who had just revived John.

Furthermore, after gunning John down on Shady Street you decided to hang around the area, whilst an officer did arrive and scene (albeit doing nothing) you still stayed in the area of a shooting. Whilst you were somewhat justified in your actions as it would have been beneficial to you retrieve the $140,000 I do not believe that you took the necessary precautions to mitigate risking imprisonment and as such many of your actions breached rule 3.4.

Now, moving on from the kidnapping, when you had taken John to the Suburbs Monorail you decided to mug him off his items, this was in breach of rule 5.1. You had forced John from a public area, to another public area to then mug him (the forced withdrawal of the money was completely valid and this is not accounted for here) by taking all the items he had on him which, again, was in breach of 5.1.

John, at 4:58:09AM you had scammed the money off of Pope and at 4:59:55AM you had already dropped $70,000 to someone else. This is a breach of 3.18 and as such you will also be included in the punishment breakdown. I do also believe that, should you have not deposited nor distributed the money Pope would have received this in the forced withdrawal and would ask you to pay Pope the additional $70,000 back when feasible to do so.
