Why should this player be punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - I & POGUE were just conducting a minor traffic stop for red light offense, when my patrol partner went to speak with the driver about why he ran a red light, the user grabbed out a gun from their storage shot my partner, and instantly stored the gun which resulted in his death at the time.
