Why should this player be punished?: He killed me instantly without giving me any time to react, even though I tried to as fast as I could. He was in the alley, and the moment I saw the corpse next to him, I surrendered.

I don't want him to get a harsh punishment. I just wish he would focus more on the roleplay instead of sweating so hard
