Why should this player be punished?: 3.15 - Player stole my car outside the PD whilst I was blackscreened and tiered it. My vehicle was then impounded.

After speaking to the user and reviewing their demo, I won't be taking no action however you may create a refund request for your vehicle, their ping played very heavily in it, even after limiting the vehicle's speed it seems like he had gotten stuck on the corner of the road near the suburbs roundabout and went straight into the sign going 40mph.
