After a thorough investigation, I have been unable to find sufficient evidence that rule 3.2 (Third Party Communication Applications) has been broken.
However, I do find that @deshawn schwartz did not have a sufficient reason to immediately start shooting at you merely because you were coming up the stairs.
I will issue @deshawn schwartz a 5 day ban for their actions as they have broken rule 2.5 (Excessive Negativity).
@Hansi Scwartz if you believe a rule break has occurred with the shooter in the forest, please seek out sufficient evidence and create an Action Request.
