So at the start of all this he rammed my car, destroying it, then came back 4 minutes later running me over, then I finally got my car fixed so I returned to the bizarr, then went back out to get resources so I could start crafting lockpicks to grind, I went to the bank and saw James Cage, I went up to him and asked where he lived, he told me SUBS, I then pulled out my gun because this guy has already done 2 things to me already and I was making sure he wasent gonna pull anything, for some weird reason he just fucking gunned me down.

He didn't only the guy who tiered his car backing into me. He was just hangin around my car and the guy who was threatening to kill me. I tried to get away and he stood behind my car so he got ran over blocking me, whilst i was attempting to flee. after that i ran into ethenk at the bank and fled. after which he chased and pulled gun.

You had threatened Siebe multiple times so him shooting you after you pulled a gun out right in front of his face was completely justified.
As for him 'randomly' running people over, he was just trying to reverse and get out of there.
