Why should this player be punished?: This incident happened on May 15, 2026 at 6:30pm PST.
I had William pulled over/pinned after he tried to evade. He said he couldn't get out so I tried to RP it, commanding him to get out from the sunroof. He again said he couldn't. Despite him metagaming, I backed my car up and you can hear him still 'apparently' smashing his use key through the mic even though there was more than enough room for him to exit his vehicle. He fled again and shouted, "psyche!" and came to a stop. As a show of force, I pulled out my handgun and he nearly ran me over trying to flee again! At this time I fired three shots, one immediately since he grazed me with his car, and the other two at the wheels. After this he fled at gunpoint while I continually told him he was at gun point. He then ran to the lake and crossed it.
