I believe this actually happened before their first warning this morning, I just didn’t get round to reporting as I was going on a different game

What about my friend in the yellow shirt that broke 3.4 by swinging on the cop? Then caused him to rightfully get shot by the cop (He is now at gun point, check 11 seconds into the clip), which caused me to draw my bat, to which I was no longer at gun point.

I understand 3.4, read it and got a rundown by a moderator, and I don't really believe this is breaking 3.4 because I never pulled out a weapon while I was actively at gun point by the cop.

Just confused why I'm being reported when I don't believe I was breaking 3.4 in this case since I wasn't actively at gunpoint. My friend was unjustly putting his life at risk, which I could see being a report but don't really see the issue here.

“I understand 3.4, read it and got a rundown by a moderator, and I don't really believe this is breaking 3.4 because I never pulled out a weapon while I was actively at gun point by the cop.” I started gun pointing u before the video started, at the time ur mates bat came on my screen was 10 seconds into my clip, u was under gunpoint for at least 10 seconds not putting your hands up instead asking me why.

“Just confused why I'm being reported when I don't believe I was breaking 3.4 in this case since I wasn't actively at gunpoint. I’ve also not reported ur mate for because 1 because u had dna on u for murder, so if ur mate was successful in batting me down he would of been within the rules as u was going to jail for 7+ years.

“Animation of bat being pulled, Robert Yellow is at gunpoint.” At this point we are 12 seconds into the video, I’ve had to move backwards to protect myself.

In the video I was asking you why I was being arrested as the murder took place a while before the this interaction. You didn't dignify an answer nor did you take the chance while I was unarmed to cuff me. The thing is you're reason for reporting me was the following.

Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 pulled baseball bat under gp resulting in his death almost instantly.

So, now you've changed the reason for this report.
"I am reporting you for just flat out refusing to listen to orders under gun point."

A bit disingenuous to report me for one thing, then when called out that it factually wasn't the truth, switching you're reasoning.

The fact of the matter is, at the 12 second mark when the bat is being drawn, I was not at gunpoint. So that's null and void.

Now, let's address the new reason for the report. The only thing I could've broke there is, "Ignoring reasonable orders while your life is in danger, such as at gunpoint."

The arrest for the crime took place much later on in the night after the murder, so as far as I knew I wasn't wanted for anything. From my perspective, you got out of your car and tried to arrest me for seemingly nothing, which was why I continued to ask the reason for the arrest.

The guy at the end of the video also didn't put his hands up while at gun point, but you also handcuffed him in a reasonable time, unlike the case with me. So, was he breaking the rules as well? Were you fail RPing trying to bait this report? I just honestly deem this weird that you think this is reportable behavior.

“You didn't dignify an answer nor did you take the chance while I was unarmed to cuff me.”
I do not need too explain at that time why I am gun pointing u too arrest u, I can provide that once u are cuffed or on the way to PD.

Hi so they’re the same rule, 3.4! U also still had a gun pointed in ur direction just me being slightly further back to avoid being hit but still being able to take a shot on u if needed to.
U showed u had NO regard for ur life as u should of just put ur hands up within the first 10 seconds which of would prevented u getting shot unconscious and ur friend could of not go shot themself.
“The guy at the end of the video also didn't put his hands up while at gun point, but you also handcuffed him in a reasonable time, unlike the case with me.” Let’s put this into perspective here, person I’ve just been speaking with and dealt with and watched store their gun, I’m going to be more willing to drop my gun and cuff them in a 1v1 situation.
Now WANTED person for MURDER comes along with their friend, single officer sees this, calls it out over radio and gun points the WANTED person, they refuse to put hands up. Knowing they WAS armed at least are u going to drop ur gun and attempt to cuff them by urself when ur outnumbered and unsure if they’re armed, realistically no ur not.
With how each situation was I believe I acted very fairly and done nothing wrong, if u really think I done something wrong make a report on me or an ia, my badge number is 4326.

I will leave this for @Matthew now.
