Why should this player be punished?: Player fled from police over failing to stop at a stop sign which ending in him going the wrong way on the highway and then shooting at cops.

ohh i just raided tidals that why i thougt u follow me bc i was wanted after i killed multipel cops

There was no callout or anything relating to tidals at all, you were being pulled over for running the stop sign. If you had stopped you'd had known that, or better yet not drawn attention to yourself

Between a 5-10 minute period previously from this specific interaction, @Bob hansen had committed 9.5 to a large number of officers whilst conducting a raid. @Bob hansen had no concrete evidence which could've supported a claim of having knowledge of a warrant that was set on them for their arrest.

After committing crimes of such seriousness, like 9.5, the last course of action should have been to instantly drive into the city whilst breaking traffic laws, especially as you mentioned that you had suspected a warrant. As you can see from the evidence provided, the officer had only taken interest in stopping your vehicle once you had broken a traffic law, with hopes of initiating a traffic stop, in which @Bob hansen responded to by instantly fleeing, failing to investigate further to determine what the reasoning for the stop was.

@Bob hansen will be issued a 5 day ban for violating rule 3.4;

3.4 - Without taking the correct precaution measures, after murdering officers during a raid, the user came to the city, driving erratically and failing to abide by traffic laws, fled over breaking a minor traffic law without having confirmation of being warranted for crimes they previously committed
