Why should this player be punished?: I am unsure of the situation that led to this, but I believe this player was breaking 2.1, 3.3 and possibly 4.1 by driving recklessly inside of a building when on a road crew job. In this situation, I had a friend who was waiting for road crew and I just happened to see road crew around at that moment in time. I went up to the road crew but noticed that he was driving inside of the building instead of taking the road crew call. I can't speak 100% to what he was doing, but it seemed weird to me and he dropped $500 when I asked him what he was doing, which I tried to give back but he drove off.
