Why should this player be punished?: He was a wanted suspect, i started following him and waited for backup from other officers (not even 30 seconds of chasing) and at suburbs offramp he decided to disconnect the server.. Idk if he suspected hes not wanted or not, but i feel like disconnecting with cops driving behind u isnt the smartest choice

As no response has been given, I will proceed with the evidence submitted.

As more than 10 minutes had passed since the crime was committed I do not feel that punishment could be applied for actively attempting to avoid arrest through disconnect.

That being said, I do feel as though disconnecting whilst being the driver of a vehicle moving at speed (unless for a valid IRL reason) could be classed as an active roleplay situation and a warning will be added for 3.20.
