Why should this player be punished?: i had him under gun point he then jumped out of the car like i asked but then he took his gun out ran behind the car and started shooting at us breaking 3.4 (this report was previously closed as we had dealt with it in game and i recieved a ban for breaking 2.5 and 3.4 and the person very clearly also breaking 3.4 was not punished, sam said he would be given a warn and no warns have been given by sam since the 21st of April)
