Why Should This Player Be Punished: The officer pointed a gun at me (the LT) and told me to release his friend Officer Loina, as SWAT was there he had no chance to escape. Officer Savage had also previously helped his friend Officer Loina kill an unarmed civillian.

After reviewing the evidence it is clear that they had broken the rules and did not seem to know about it.
the following rules are what they have broken.
3.4
The user had gunpointed the Lieutenant while SWAT and a paramedic was there this ended in the SWAT killing the user.
3.3
The user commited a unrealistic action by first Gunpointing the citizen and second gunpointing the Lieutenant while a heavy armed SWAT Officer was there.
4.1
The users failed to follow the law the officer broke 11.11 as he gunpointed a unarmed citizen also a few other laws brokan by the users.

Cover your eyes it burns. Seriously what the hell I have never seen police that bad before. I have viewed the video and the evidence is clear both of them had no intention to follow the rules or laws. My only question is why was the SWAT there you didnt call him out he should have been there if you confirmed a rogue officer.

It's clear to see that Jerome has broke the rules here he has no chance of escape and is breaking laws as an officer.

To summarise he broke 4.1, 3.4 and 2.1.

User, as already stated by Blicky, broke 4,1 - 3,4 and 2,1 witch leads to a 3 month ban from the server as he has already been banned for 2 months.
