Why should this player be punished?: im kosinmg cops and a civilian (ik its a civilian cuz u can hear the uzi shots) decides to shoot me for no apparent reason

I was actually in this situation, the 'uzi shots' were pistol cops flanking you from the right hand side, in no way on earth is that an uzi shot btw
