Why should this player be punished?: Valurim said theres a hostage in regals four (where i was, info on hostage is incorrect) in local chat, five people that were about to raid me heard/saw it as well as the two officers outside dealing with the bank raid at the time. He said this whilst he was in regals one whilst there was zero hostage situation, risking his life and my life for zero reason.

@Valurim made a statement in text chat that an apartment had a hostage in an attempt to get them raided when they did not have one. While this statement could fall under 2.5, it doesn't meet the criteria as no adverse events occurred as a result. However, due to officers being within earshot of this statement being made during a bank raid, @Valurim put his freedom at risk by attempting to incite a police raid on someone else based on false information. Furthermore, I have no doubt that he was aware of the officers nearby and that his actions were intentional.

3.4 - User put his freedom at risk by making false hostage claims against another apartment in an attempt to get them raided while there were officers in the vicinity.

Punishment
Due to a ban earlier this month for 3.4, a FIVE-DAY ban will be issued in line with his previous.​
